Today we drove up from Ann Arbor to resume our bicycle adventure.  Mom has agreed to come with us for several days so that we can ride together!  Thank you Mom!  This is our first time riding together since we rode from Bozeman to Livingston Montana with Marc.

The ride really was pretty uneventful today.  We followed "Michigan Old 27" almost the entire way.  The road was in poor condition in some areas but the traffic was light.  As the road condition improved so did the traffic volume.  We faced a headwind so going was pretty slow and there was consistent cloud cover so temperatures were mild in the mid seventies.

On a minor note, as we were riding toward the end of the day I was in front and Marcee was behind me.  I got a bug in my mouth.  Without thinking, and I should have, I spit it out.  Unfortunately, Marcee caught the spray in her face.  Sorry Marcee...
